Faculty of Medicine - 21 September University

The College of Medicine is one of the Faculties of September 21 University. It was established to contribute with other medical Faculties in addressing the gap in the adequacy and efficiency of the health sector and in the development and renaissance of Yemen. Since its opening, it has been playing its role in the educational process and community service. It is also the first medical College in Yemen to modify the duration of study to obtain a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery to become 5 years plus a year for compulsory “excellence” training (5+1) in order to keep pace with international standards for medical education. What is followed in regional and international medical Faculties. The College began the study by accepting the first batch in the first level in 2016
